Terms and Conditions for
Dhenoo Website and App Platforms

These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern the use of the website – https://www.dhenoo.com/ (“Website”) and our mobile application – “Dhenoo-Power to Farmers” (“App”). Website and App shall collectively or individually be referred to as “Platform”.

Dhenoo Tech Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Dhenoo Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., B-308, Ellora Shoppe, Tirupati Balaji Chowk, Sector-1, Indrayani Nagar, Bhosari, Pune - 411039, Maharashtra, India. (hereinafter shall be referred to as “Dhenoo” or “us” or “we”) are the owner of the Platform.

As a user (“User” or “You”) of the Platform, You understand that Dhenoo a unique digital platform specifically focusing farmers and their needs. Platform provides Farmers that are registered on the platform as users, the access to the features and facilities including forum, knowledge, best practices, network of experts, fellow farmers, technologies, online market, farm managements, etc. and further updates for advancement.

Various modules are incorporated in the digital platform serving the stakeholders on various aspects. The modules cover, Knowledge Sharing, Forum, Animal Bazar, Farm Management and many more which are synchronized with the individual user dashboard.

It is hereby clarified that the term “Users” shall mean any person duly registered and using the Platform i.e. farmers, farmer’s groups /societies, customers and other vendors and service provider supporting farmer. Your use of this Platform denotes that you have read, understood and granted to accept the following, disclaimer, terms & conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). These Terms & Conditions read together with our privacy policy govern your usage and access of the Platform. Please don't use or access the Platform / Website / App, if you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before gain access to or using our Platform or any part thereof. By accessing or using any of the part of the Platform, you comply to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not comply with all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you shall not access the Platform or use any services provided by Us.

These Terms and Conditions form a legal and binding agreement between the User and Company and is formed pursuant to the terms of the information Technology Act, 2000.

1. General

The Website / App Platform provides access to an online platform bringing together farmers and its groups, vendors, consultants and service providers assisting farmers and data partners who are willing to abide by the Terms & Conditions herein. Dhenoo is merely a facilitator providing the Platform for farmers and their groups in need of right awareness and knowledge about all aspects of the dairy farming, animal husbandry, machinery and equipment, agriculture and allied businesses and other topics of skill development and growth. Dhenoo merely facilitates awareness in Users about dairy farming and agriculture in general and related services as stated above and options to choose various brands supplying dairy and agriculture inputs. In the event you desire to avail any of the services or products displayed on the Platform, you'll be required to register yourself on the platform.

Our Services

Dhenoo provides various services, including but not limited to (“Services”):

Users can access the details provided on the Platform with reference to all aspects of dairy, animal husbandry, machinery and equipment, agriculture and allied businesses, animal purchase and sale including other topics of skill development, training, consultancy etc.
Users can check and like particular dairy inputs, farming supplies/products, animals and add them to their wish list.
In the event, you got your mobile number registered on registered Your mobile number on the ‘Do Not Disturb’ registers along with your network provider, you shall ensure to take required all steps to enable the Company’s representative’s to contact you via phone to provide details and you shall make sure that such calls received by you're pursuant to you providing Company with information and you shall not register a complaint with the related authorities for the same.

User acknowledges and agrees that he/she is legally competent and is getting into a legally binding contract with Dhenoo Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. as soon as he/she downloads, install, access or use Website/App Platform. The User is liable for all access to the App through his/her mobile device/login id and for bringing these Terms of Use to the attention of all such persons. The utilization of the App doesn't include the provision of a mobile device or other necessary equipment to access it.

The User shall not in any way use the Website/App Platform or pass through us or to the Website/App Platform or to any user of the Website/App anything which in any reference to following: -

Is in breach of any law, regulation, statute or bylaw of any applicable jurisdiction;

Is unlawful, fraudulent, or criminal; is inaccurate or out-of-date; may infringe or breach the copyright or any intellectual property rights or privacy or other rights of us or any third party; could also be contrary to our interests; is contrary to any specific rule or requirement that we stipulate on the web site or App. Results obtained from the utilization of the Website/App, and for conclusions drawn from such use will be sole responsibility of user. Subject to clauses below, we do not hold any liability for damage caused by errors or omissions in any information, instructions or scripts provided by User in reference to the web site, or any actions taken by us at User’s direction.

The User agrees that Dhenoo Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. may collect, combine, assemble, archive use, transfer, create databases out of or otherwise deal with User’s personal data and use any a part of it: (a) as reasonably necessary provide Service; (b) For development and improvement in new products and/or services; (c) to get in-tuned or inform Users about the availability of or engage in marketing efforts for newer products and/or services or the suppliers or counterparties (and for that purpose share Client or User’s personal data with those third parties) unless User has in each case opted out of receiving such communications.

For the provision of the above-mentioned Services, Dhenoo will be using and sharing the information of the User with other parties, as may be required for the purpose mentioned above or otherwise and Dhenoo shall also require the Users to provide specific details and requirement about information, services, and products such User is intending to avail. The collection, storing, use and transfer of information shared by the User shall be governed in accordance with the Privacy Policy accessible at https://dhenoo.com/privacypolicy.html.

2. Eligibility

The User of this Website/App Platform clearly declares and agrees that the User is a natural/legal person, who has attained the age of at least 18 years and is legally allowed to enter into a contract in India. The User can take the benefits of the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed hereinafter. User hereby undertakes to agree and accept the Terms & Conditions detailed herein by registering on the Website / App Platform. If the User violates any of these Terms & Conditions or otherwise violates an agreement entered into through the medium of the Website / App, Dhenoo may terminate the User’s membership, delete his/her profile and any content or information posted online by the User on the Platform or prohibit the User from using or accessing the Platform at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, including without limitation if Dhenoo believes that User is under the age of 18 years.

In consideration of your becoming a User, you warrant and represent that:

You are a farmer by occupation
you are capable to form an obligatory contract;
you are not a person barred from accessing or using the Application under the governing laws of the T&C; and
your use or access to the Application does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You will keep your contact information up-to-date and correct.
You will not disclose your passcode (or in the case of developers, your secret key), let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
You will be provided with unique registration ID attached to your account. You will be responsible for consequence of sharing this ID.

3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

As a User of this Platform, you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions provided hereunder or anywhere else on this Platform including but not limited to disclaimers, terms of the privacy policy, cancellation, shipping terms, etc. on this Platform.

You are recommended to read and understand the said Terms & Conditions and for instance you do not wish to agree to these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using or accessing the Platform or any part thereof.

Dhenoo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions or any other terms appearing on the platform, at any time without any prior written notice to the User. It is the User’s responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions and other terms from time to time for any updates/ changes. User’s continued access or use of the App or Website Platform following the modification of these Terms and Conditions or such other terms will imply the acceptance by the User of the revisions.

4. Your Account

In order to use the Website/App platform, you're required to keep up an account on the web site and App, as the case may be, and it will be necessary to furnish certain information and details, including Your name, email id, contact number and any other information deemed necessary by Dhenoo. We may also seek additional information if You wish to avail financial or other services from our lending partners/service providers for accepting Your eligibility for the financial or other products/services offered on our Platform through various regulated financial institution, companies or individuals.

It is your sole responsible to maintain the confidentiality and security of Your account, password, activities that occur in or through Your account and for restricting access to Your computer or mobile, as the case may be, to prevent unauthorized access to Your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your account or password, computer, mobile etc. You should take all necessary steps to make sure that password is kept personal and secure and you should inform us instantly if you have any strong reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

Please ensure that the details you provide to us are true, correct, accurate and complete. Upon Dhenoo gaining knowledge of having any reasonable suspicion that the information provided by you is wrong, inaccurate or incorrect, Dhenoo shall immediately terminate your account without any notice to you during this regard and shall retain the information as became available from your access through computer, mobile, etc. and shall take such action as the Dhenoo deem fit. In case if you change any of the information you shared after registering yourself on the platform, you shall be responsible for forthwith notifying the said changes to us. You can access and update most of the information you provided us on your account area in the Apps/Platforms after you log-in or by writing to us at info@dhenoo.com. The right to use this Platform is personal to the User and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

You shall at all times abide by the Terms and Conditions stated herein and any breach of these conditions may also lead to Dhenoo terminating Your account and appropriate civil and criminal remedies will be sought against You as provided under the laws of India.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, not misleading and relates to you. You cannot create an account or username & password using the names and information of another person or using words that are the trademarks or the property of another party (including ours), or vulgar, obscene or in any other way inappropriate. We reserve the right with or without notice to suspend or terminate any account in breach of this condition.

If for any reason you suspect that your username & password has been disclosed to or obtained by another party you should contact us immediately. Please note that we never contact users requesting them to confirm their username & password or other details.

We would also send messages to the Registered Users for the promotion of the Application and Products available through Application. These messages would be sent by the Company with specific credentials. The sender’s credentials may be changed in future and Registered Users would be apprised accordingly. Though the messages would be promotional in nature for both the Application and Products, still in case the Registered User receive any other kind of messages, then the Registered User can immediately contact us via email at info@dhenoo.com.

5. Privacy

Dhenoo collects certain information from You in order to provide the Services or otherwise. Dhenoo’s use of Your personal information is governed in accordance with the Privacy Policy located at https://dhenoo.com/privacypolicy.html.

6. License and Access

Dhenoo grants You a limited, non-transferable and revocable, temporary license to access and use the Platform or any part thereof for availing the Services, but not to download any material from it (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Dhenoo and / or its affiliates, as may be applicable. Any unauthorized access to the Platform (or any part thereof) or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to Platform and any commit to modify, adapt, translate or reverse engineer any a part of the Platform or re-format or frame any portion of the pages of the Platform save to the extent expressly permitted by these Terms & Conditions, is not permitted.

This license is non-transferable and doesn't permit any resale or commercial use of this Platform or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the advantage of anyone apart from Your own use; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The Platform or any portion of the Platform (including but not limited to any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information) might not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, distributed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Dhenoo and / or its affiliates, as may be applicable. Any unauthorized use of the Platform shall terminate the permission or revoke the license granted by Dhenoo.

You are permitted to use content delivered to you through the Service just for the Service. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content. Further, you agree to not reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the Service technology, including but not limited to, any Java applets related to the Service. Using our Application in addition to various services provided by us through our Application doesn't grant you any intellectual property rights in Our Application and Services or content provided by us except your personal data or information uploaded on our Application.

7. Subscription Plans and Renewal

Dhenoo offers free (Basic) memberships and paid subscriptions that grant you to access of products and services based on subscription plan. You may purchase a “Self-Serve” plan (you sign up and pay online) or an “Enterprise” plan (you work with a sales representative and execute an individualized agreement) or “Referral” plan or “Institutional” plan. Advertised prices and features may change.

Basic Plan: Basic (free) members can avail limited products and services as per the plan. This is intended for exploration, learning and awareness purposes only. The Dhenoo products or service that does not require payment is currently referred to as the “Free Service.”

Paid Plan: Paid plan have inclusion of various products and services intended for commercial use of Web/App platform. Access and its duration of products and services provided by Dhenoo platform is based on the particular subscription plan.

You must pay all fees (plus any taxes) during your subscription period and any renewal periods. Our fees may include a fixed fee for recurring interval (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly etc.) plus variable fees for transactions or usage.

Free trials and Discounts: We may offer free-trial or discounted subscriptions. When a free-trial period ends, your paid subscription begins (unless you have cancelled) and you must pay the fee for recurring interval (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly etc.). If we provide a discount for the first subscription period, you must pay the discounted fee; in any renewal, you must pay the full fee.

From time to time, we or others on our behalf may offer trials of Paid Subscriptions for a specified period without payment or at a reduced rate (a “Trial”). Dhenoo may determine your eligibility for a Trial and withdraw or modify a Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

For some Trials, we’ll require you to provide your payment details to start the Trial. By providing such details you agree that we may automatically begin charging you for the Paid Subscription on the first day following the end of the Trial on a recurring monthly basis or another interval that we disclose to you in advance. If you do not want this charge, you must cancel the applicable paid subscription before the end of the trial by clicking here if you signed up for the trial through Dhenoo, or if you received your trial through a third party, you must cancel the applicable paid subscription through the third party.

Third Party Offering: We may also offer special promotional plans, memberships, or services, including offerings of third-party products and services in conjunction with or through the Dhenoo Service. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans and promotional offerings at any time in accordance with these Terms.

Automatic Renewal: To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled beforehand. Subscription plans renew for the same duration that for earlier plan duration with updated charges if applicable. You must pay the fee (plus any taxes) as per the plan when each renewal period starts. The renewal period is 10 days before expiry of earlier plan. Unused services, products and facilities in earlier subscription period would cease to be available.

How to Decline Renewal: Self-Serve subscribers may opt out of automatic renewal by changing their account settings. Paid plan customers may opt out according to the subscribed paid plan terms. Any opt-out or notice of non-renewal will not affect the current subscription period. Dhenoo may decline renewals.

Lapse Policy: When a subscription ends, the account will, at Dhenoo’s option, revert to Basic (free) account status or will be deleted. Any content in the account may be deleted to comply with the limitations of the new account status. You are responsible for archiving your content/information, transaction details, contacts before subscription ends. Dhenoo shall not be responsible for the loss of any content. We may publish additional guidelines regarding the treatment of lapsed subscriptions. These guidelines describe current practices only and shall not require Dhenoo to provide any level of post-subscription account status. Dhenoo would not entertain any requests to retrive subscription information without renewal. This renewal must be done within three period from expiry date of earlier plan. If account is not renewed within three months, account and its associated information would be not retrievable to the User.

In-App Purchase: We may allow you to purchase subscriptions within Apps. When you make such “in-app” purchases, you will be billed by the app platform, not us. To turn off automatic renewal for subscriptions, access your platform’s account settings (not Dhenoo’s). Our refund policy does not apply to in-app purchases. Any billing inquiries should be directed to the Web/App platform.

Resale: You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, or appoint another user or distribute any plan or any other aspect of our Services to any individual or third party unless authorized by us in writing.

Third Party Services and Offer-based Subscription Terms: If you have purchased or received a code, gift card, pre-paid offer or other offer provided or sold by or on behalf of Dhenoo for access to a Paid Subscription (“Code”), separate terms and conditions presented to you along with the Code may also apply to your access to the Service and you agree to comply with any such terms and conditions. You may also purchase access to a Paid Subscription through a third party. In such cases, separate terms and conditions with such third party in addition to the Agreements may apply to your access to the Service.

8. Payments, Refund and Cancellations

You may purchase a Paid Subscription directly from Dhenoo or through a third party either by paying a subscription fee in advance as per term-basis or some other recurring interval (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly etc.) disclosed to you prior to your purchase; or pre-payment giving you access to the Dhenoo Service for a specific time period (“Pre-Paid Period”).

Dhenoo may change the price for the Paid Subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, the Pre-Paid Period (for periods not yet paid), or Codes, from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Dhenoo Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the Paid Subscription prior to the price change going into effect.

Unless your Paid Subscription has been purchased for a Pre-Paid Period, your payment to Dhenoo or the third party through which you purchased the Paid Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Paid Subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period by clicking here if you purchased the Paid Subscription through Dhenoo, or if you purchased the Paid Subscription through a third party, by canceling the Paid Subscription through such third party. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the Free Service. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

Users who have breached this Agreement or whose accounts were terminated, suspended in accordance with our terms and conditions and policy shall not get any refund for remaining subscription period of their plan.

If you have purchased a Paid Subscription using a received a code, gift card, pre-paid offer or other offer provided or sold by or on behalf of Dhenoo for access to a Paid Subscription, your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the period stated in the Code, or when there is an insufficient pre-paid balance to pay for the Service. If you have purchased your Paid Subscription through a third party, you must cancel directly with that third party.

9. Monitoring of the Platform and Your Account

Dhenoo has the right and liberty to monitor the content of the Platform or any part thereof at all times which shall include information provided in Your account. The monitoring of the web site / App / Platform is vital to work out the veracity of the information provided by You which every User remains in consonance with the Terms & Conditions provided herein. Subject to the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein, Dhenoo shall even have the liberty to get rid of any objectionable content which is in contravention of the Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws effective in India or share such information with any governmental authority as per procedures laid down by the law for the time being effective in India.

You own all the responsibility of content and information you post on the application and you'll control how it's shared through your privacy and application settings.

For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), you specifically grant us, subject to your privacy and application settings, a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, optimize, create derivative works, publish, publicly perform, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).
When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may continue backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but won't be available to others).
You assure that content provided/posted by you on the platform does not infringe intellectual property right of any third party, individual or company.
When you use an Application, the Application may ask for your permission to access your content and information as well as content and information that others have shared with you. We require applications to respect your privacy, and your agreement with application will control how the application can use, store, and transfer that content and information.
When you publish content or information using the Public setting, it means that you are allowing everyone to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture).
You must upload a high-quality photo, video and audio message(s) in order to have good results.
We hereby disclaim any responsibility regarding the photographs, videos, personal information posted, added, deleted from your profile.
Your Content will be viewable by other users of the Service and through third party services and websites. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.
If the content posted by you in the form of text, audio, video etc. is found inappropriate, other users can report by flagging to us.
Such a reported content will be immediately disabled for temporary period. If company the found the content is appropriate, your content/post become active soon after the review.
In case of content posted by you is found inappropriate, your account might be suspended and you will be subjected to legal action.
Here in appropriate content refers to nudity, violence, harassment, terrorism, harming religious sentiments, fake news, racial, irrelevant to the topic of agriculture, giving wrong message, other unlawful activities etc. but not limited to only this.
If you intentionally flag the content falsely without any relevant reason, your account will be suspended from the platform.

10. Service Suspension

Dhenoo may wish to stop providing the Services and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to You. Unless Dhenoo informs the User otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to You in these Terms and Conditions will end; and (b) User must stop using the Platform or any part thereof forthwith. Dhenoo reserves the right to suspend or cease providing any Service and shall have no liability or responsibility to the User in any manner whatsoever.

11. Prohibited Uses and User Responsibilities

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms & Conditions, You are prohibited from using the Platform: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability, or spreading rumors, nudity, communal violence ; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other sort of malicious code which will or could also be used in any way that may affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the web ; (h) to gather or track the private information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the safety features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (l) proxy or fake account created on other person’s name/credentials. We reserve the right to terminate Your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Rules for creating animal sell post on bazaar section (Promotional platform for animal buyer-seller):

As per the “Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Regulation of Livestock Markets) Rules 2017”, user will be responsible for creating sell post. This platform doesn’t permit for creating sell post of unfit/diseased animals, newborn/ young animals (Below six months age).
Platform doesn’t permit users for creating sale post of animals to be displayed in bazaar section, if animal is likely to give birth. It is illegal to transport such an animal from seller to buyer or to or for from animal market.
Unlawful actions of users will be to subject Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Regulation of Livestock Markets) Rules 2017.
Sales of animals other than livestock (male and females of cow, buffalo, goat and sheep) is strictly prohibited.
Abuse or unlawful use of platform by users will subject to legal action as per Indian judiciary.

User Responsibilities:

It is sole responsibility of seller to provide a certificate obtained from certified veterinary doctor to buyer stating that the animal is fit and healthy, if animal is undergoing a therapy or treatment.
Seller and buyer will be responsible for register of animal sales as per local animal market body.
Buyer will be responsible for obtaining Certificate of compliance for purchaser from local animal market body.
User shall report any abuse of the platform to the authority.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither Dhenoo nor its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees or any related party shall have any liability to You or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or regarding these Terms & Conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, You waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Dhenoo, its affiliated and subsidiary companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and every one claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and causes of action arising out of Your accessing or use of the Platform / Website / App.

As a User, You also acknowledge that Dhenoo has maintained and carried out all possible checks and balances to assure the credibility of the Users as listed on the Platform. The information provided on the Website / App is based on the information that is provided to Dhenoo by its Users. In case the User does not disclose any information to Dhenoo, and the same is not found out at the first instance by Dhenoo,

Dhenoo shall not be responsible for any claims or liabilities. Dhenoo, in any event, is not responsible for any default in return of money that is borrowed from the financial partners and the financial partners shall have the exclusive right to initiate proceedings against the defaulter borrower. Dhenoo shall to the best of its abilities aid the concerned User in terms of provision of information to initiate any legal proceedings. However, Dhenoo shall not be responsible for any default on behalf of the User. Dhenoo is merely an information technology platform and the User is entitled to conduct its own diligence before taking any steps to initiate the processes outlined on the Platform or any part thereof.

Dhenoo does not make any representations or warranties on behalf of the accuracy of the knowledge provided, services, third-party products provided in the platform. Additionally, Dhenoo does not make any representations or warranties on behalf of the accuracy of the knowledge provided, services, third-party products provided in the platform. Farming techniques, the responsiveness of seeds, crop growth, overall farming, its expected result, quality and quantity of crops produced could differ and vary depending on a lot of external factors including but not limited to change in climate, soil, water, atmosphere, etc. Even otherwise, Dhenoo shall not be liable whatsoever.
